We would like to welcome Darin Archer to the Walnut Grove family. He was approved as the head high school and junior high girls basketball coach at Walnut Grove High School for 2023-24. Coach Archer has had a long and successful coaching career that has included being the head Men’s basketball coach at Southwest Baptist University and the head boys and girls basketball coach at Bolivar high school. He was a part Bolivar’s girls state championship in 2008 and final 4’s in 2007 and 2015. He and his wife, Kelly, have 3 grown children and have 3 grandchildren. Coach Archer will be taking over for Rory Henry, who will serve as the district’s superintendent starting July 1st.
