✨ Reflecting on the amazing Girls Night Out we had last week! ✨
From self-care bingo to karaoke sessions, we had an absolute blast! We laughed, we sang, and we indulged in some delicious treats. But beyond the fun and games, our gathering was also filled with meaningful conversations.
We delved into topics like self-care, setting boundaries, the importance of hygiene, nurturing friendships, and staying safe online. It made our hearts happy to see the girls having fun and learning along the way.
A very special thank you to Lacy Killingsworth for the McDonalds gift cards, Harold Baptist Church for the food (the girls loved the lemonade, cupcakes, strawberries, and pizza rolls), Mrs. Mozley and her art students for the upgrade on the cornhole boards, and Care to Learn for the cute makeup bags that had hygiene items in them.
Since hosting the event we have had countless community members reaching out stating to let them know when we host again as they would love to help. We are so lucky to live in a community that values their youth and wants to help support them. Thank you to all who helped or pledged to do so in the future. We are looking forward to doing this again next year and we are in the works of planning one for the boys!

Show your basketball districts excitement and spirit this week with some WG Spirit pom poms and removable tattoos! On sale tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb 21st, at 7:40am in the multipurpose room.

These students were caught being sweet and earned a sweet treat! #positiveprincipalreferral #theWGway
